What’s the role?
An exciting position has arisen for an experienced Account Manager based in the East of England. This varied role will involve supporting and developing key accounts, as well as establishing strong relationships with decision makers to ensure further business growth.

Where’s it located?
The role is home-based, with flexibility on location – anywhere from Yorkshire to Kent considered. 

What will be expected of me?
This is a results-focused position which will expect you to develop key Aquatrols accounts through understanding strategies, influencers and competitor relationships in the marketplace. Success in the role will be measured by achiever and profits targets through and agreed product mix.

Other responsibilities will include working with technical and marketing colleagues in the UK and US to identify opportunities and developing relationships with decision makers and influencers within each account to facilitate further growth.

You will also be expected to create demand at all levels within the customer chain and managing the marketing budget to aid the company profile with end users and distribution.

What qualities should I have?

  • A successful track record in account management in the amenity, horticultural or agribusiness sectors 
  • An ability to foster and develop strong business relationships 
  • An innovative approach to identifying opportunities and developing new business
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills 
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Be a self-starter, capable of acting on own initiative
  • Driving licence essential
