On behalf of a well-established and respected business, we are actively seeking an outgoing and dynamic individual to work with the farming community in Yorkshire. Visiting established farmer clients, and developing and growing the customer base, ideally you should already have some experience in selling to farmers and growers.

Our client provides a very high-quality service, closely tailored to each farmer’s individual business needs. They have high retention rates, promote a top quality brand, and are an established business. They wholeheartedly support and champion British Farming. The team are very friendly and fully supportive of each other. The role will involve some office based work and lots of farmer visits in the local area.

Ideal candidate:

Some sales experience within agriculture and farming

Excellent communication skills and able to build long-term customer relationships

Keen interest in farming and would enjoy working within the local agricultural community.

Commercial awareness

Attention to detail

Customer facing with excellent people skills

Team player

Willing to undertake necessary product training

Salary – £23-30k depending on experience. A generous mileage allowance will be paid use of own vehicle.

Location – York, North Yorkshire.
