Following a strategic review, a number of new Regional Agronomy Manager (RAM) roles have been created. The RAM will effectively manage business growth and development directly with all key stakeholders within a specific geographic area (including both distribution and fee-paid agronomists) in order to drive business growth. The role will also contribute to the technical and product launch business strategies. The position would suit candidates with excellent communication skills, seeking a high level of autonomy and responsibility, whilst collaborating closely with the wider commercial, technical and marketing teams. Consideration will be given to applicants with 1-3 years technical experience and appropriate academic and professional qualifications
