National Account Managers have the overall responsibility for the development of Adama’s business with key customers. Working both with senior managers from these accounts and key regional influencers, the National Account Manager will be empowered to develop a three year plan to effectively manage the broad product portfolio. There is a requirement to form and sustain effective long-term partnership relationships within each account. Applicants should have a 5-year track record in the industry and hold a BASIS qualification. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to effectively plan, listen and communicate, working comfortably both independently and as part of a wider team.
